Known Versions of C programming language

Basically, C was originally developed at Bell Labs by Dennis Ritchie between 1972 and 1973 to make utilities running on Unix.

It is being updated, there are various known versions of C programming language.

These are various published Versions of C++.

C99 ISO/IEC 9899:1999 1999-12-16 It is previously known as C9X.
C11 ISO/IEC 9899:2011 2011-12-15 The latest standard version is ISO/IEC 9899:2011
C18 ISO/IEC 9899:2018 June-2018 The latest version of C is C18
C23 ISO/IEC 9899:2023 2023-04-01 It was started in 2016 informally as C2x.
